Try adding some peanut or almond butter for a little protein too—protein along with the fruit will keep you fuller longer, and provide you with more energy. They make individual pouches of peanut and almond butter that are great for on the go snacks. The 100% juice blend is so much better than soda, so congrats on making the better choice! Unfortunately fruit juice is still liquid sugar, so if you want to take it up a notch, stick with whole fruit (like your apple slices). Or dilute the juice in water—try adding a splash or two of juice to a glass of water. That way you can have some of that sweet flavor with way less sugar. LesleyBL 8yr @queeniie keep it up! I've tried @annefood's tip of pouring some juice in a glass of water or sparkling water. It look a little getting used to, but It's really all the sweetness I need.
