There are a lot of conflicting opinions on eating before bed. Definitely if you are starving before you go to sleep, have a small snack that's easy to digest, and keep it small as the article says. The problem is that many people snack before bed when they're not even hungry, they eat too much, and they choose snack foods like chips or ice cream. @Rachna

Ya, I think if you are going to munch at night, opt for snacks that follow the basic rules for healthy eating-less processed, plant-centric. However speaking from experience, making the right decisions at night are oftentimes harder - especially when there is a delicious block of cheese in the fridge or cookies in the pantry! 🙄

I'm glad the point is made about how your body absorbs nutrients, like vitamin D. Just drinking water with extra vitamins doesn't help you as much ingesting it with a full meal.
