30 g of sugar in the article- yikes!The kind I just ate has 6g sugar per half cup, sweetened with molasses and honey. It also has organic nuts, seeds, oats, unsweetened coconut and spices. I mix in a few spoonfuls of raw unsweetened oats, and eat it with sliced banana and almond milk. Could be better, but this one is pretty good. It's important to read the label!

I add flax seeds & sun flower seeds to up the nutrition quotient. Try alternating between banana & dates , works brilliantly

It's kinda scary, since granola is touted as 'good for you' food! That's why I make ours- can totally control how sweet it is. And what goes in it ☺️
