Actually, I had a baby who wouldn't go to bed last night to thank for missing the party. No hangover. But I have that super-tired-mom thing going on, which is just as bad. Insert all of the green food *here*

I wish I could've let them grow for longer, but some slugs managed to bypass my copper tape and infest my potato pots, so I wanted to harvest before they ate my potatoes!

Made the night before (it's one of those foods that tastes even better the next day) for a no-fuss, crowd pleaser of a rainy day dinner.
I tried this #organic pasta from Waitrose and it's fantast...
