Actually, I had a baby who wouldn't go to bed last night to thank for missing the party. No hangover. But I have that super-tired-mom thing going on, which is just as bad. Insert all of the green food *here*

@MaureenS absolutely! I woke up today wayyyy too early with the little one and my body instantly wanted leftover butternut squash & spinach curry. It's like it's telling me "scrap the breakfast crap, we need vegetation STAT."
A really great article that highlights the purity of the Scandinavian diet and the culture of Fika - "using coffee to stop" instead of as a stimulant. Wonderful article. Just thought I'd share.
