Our favorite eggplant variety. We love to simply cut these in half and pop them on the grill. How do you like your eggplant?

AMK 8yr Sliced and seasoned with salt and powdered turmeric, then fried. Then tossed with thinly sliced red onion, minced hot chili peppers and lime juice. Absolute heaven! -

Little baby butternut squash.
I'm a big fan of growing these personal sized ones. They're a little sweeter than larger ones and a bit easier to manage when cooking.
