Don't forget the pepper since it activates the curcumin in the turmeric! Also cinnamon slows down the release of sugar into the bloodstream but who cares if it's a milkshake, right? 😏

oh man turmeric milk. This sounds slightly more appetizing than what I was forced to drink as a kid when I was sick. I would try to fake being healthy just to avoid drinking it - and now's it's trendy!

I used to have to drink this as a child too. It always tasted terrible, but I never had it with honey or ice cream. I guess this is the tastier version.

I'm glad the point is made about how your body absorbs nutrients, like vitamin D. Just drinking water with extra vitamins doesn't help you as much ingesting it with a full meal.
