JoanneG 8yr I looked up your kofte recipe. The walnuts with olive oil!! Wow! I'll most definitely give this a try.

xtremekitchen 8yr @JoanneG im so glad to hear that! By the way i would like to tell you please pay attention to mix them well. In fact we say it "yoğurmak" like mixing your cookie dough with hands. You need to add tomatoes and tomato and pepper paste and keep mixing with your hands. Its very important. and the well minced or chopped onions and garlic (thanks to their juice) will help ti y bulgur to softened. I mean the bulgur will well combined with all these ingredients and get soften so won't be hard on your stomach. And final step is olive oil and melted butter combination heat them (but dont burn just a little) and put walnuts inside and pour on your kofte and with a help of spoon continue mixing and then you can shape with your hands.
