My favorite!! I have yet to own a cast iron skillet though, so I've been sort of winging it this whole time. Do you use a skillet? or just a regular pan?

@Rachna Cast iron pan is an excellent piece of kitchen equipment, it is expensive but if you look after it well, it lasts forever! My one is just a regular pan from Le Creuset, the side is not very tall, but it does the job, I love it!
