Had the chance to learn about Greenwave - an incredible kelp farming company - building the electric car of the culinary world

This is a pretty remarkable open source project - with $30k, 20 acres, and a boat, you can be up and running in a year. This biodiverse approach to sea farming is unlocking an incredible source of food - with next to no inputs and regenerative impact because of the latter farming that takes place at the bottom on this system.
