Line caught Mid-Atlantic tile fish at the Food + Enterprise Jeffersonian dinner
I'm in awe of chefs and servers who can pull off a multi-course dinner in a warehouse with no kitchen. This fish was line caught near Baltimore and then perfectly seared and brought to our table piping hot surrounded by local vegetables that were steamed or sautéed to bring out the best of each ingredient.
