First microgreen harvest ๐ŸŒฑ !!

Last night I did my first real harvest of microgreens from my ๐Ÿ‘—closet-turned-vegetable garden ๐ŸŒฑ and turned these spicy little greens into fresh summer rolls filled with spaghetti squash, brown rice noodles, zucchini, cucumber, red sorrel, ginger carrots, and mint and Thai basil (also from the garden). I'll do another cutting this morning, but man oh man, now that I know I can grow good food indoors, I'm going to experiment some more. ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŒถ #diy #gardeningtips
