Gustiamo 8yr Brava @riki! We love conscious EVOO consumers. But you can also still buy oil made from good honest Italian oil makers. The olive biodiversity in Italy is one of a kind, amazing oil. Let us know if you ever want to talk about good Italian EVOO and how to recognize it.

Riki 8yr I'd love to learn more about how to easily (if there is an easy way) recognize great EVOO.
I'm not seeking to be a true specialist, but do enjoy good quality EVOO, especially on my Israeli salad :)
I recently bought Cold Pressed EVOO grown and packed in CA
(Don't remember the brand name - I'll check when I get home).
