Labeling is so critical, as most people don't know what's in their food when they dine out. And I totally agree with the author's last point that even hedge fund managers complain about how expensive lunch prices are, but fresh and healthy fast food is growing, like @diginn, so I have faith things will change! 🙏🏼

A judicious use of salt can really enhance flavors. I avoid packaged foods so I can control how and when to use both salt and sugar.

I totally agree. If we are in charge of the salt we're adding, and avoiding purchasing all the sodium-laden pre-packaged products, we'll be fine. Same goes for sugar!

I heard someone once say "sugar is the new fat, and fat is the new delicious." I think fat needs to rebrand.
