Tipping stinks. Seems like it's starting to change slowly. There's Uber. And Danny Meyer. The other day at a bar in Brooklyn the bartender told us not to tip her because she gets paid a proper wage. Prices were a bit higher, but I much prefer that myself. http://ny.eater.com/2015/10/14/9517747/danny-meyer-no-tipping-restaurants

I came upon the Chinese dietary guidelines when they were first released, and was so surprised to see this. I guess a strong government like China's has some benefits =)

Sheesh - all these countries have opted to recommend reduced red meat consumption but we haven't? How is this possible?
Kombucha fans out there? I think I have a realistic view of the stuff, and love its taste and probiotics. Don't think it's a magic cure, but I do drink a lot of it!

I drink it for the energy kick without the crash! Thanks for posting this, I'm excited to see so many new brands popping up

Yea don't think it's magic, but definitely tastes yummy! Better than drinking Snapple for sure

Magic if trace alcohol indeed, but I just love it when it's less sweet, more tangy, and super bubbly
