Raw Vegan Cabbage Ideas?

I have a GIANT cabbage -seriously, it's bigger than my head!- from my last Full Circle grocery delivery...I can't decide what to do with it all. I'm hoping you all have some tasty ideas. (Please note my resources are limited...I rent a room and have a mini-fridge, cutting board, mandolin, good knife, and "my baby," my VitaMix.) Strongly prefer rW vegan recipe ideas. Thanks!
