JenniferEmilson 9yr I love this idea! But then that means we'd have to buy organic. Up till now bananas was one of the few fruits I didn't have to worry about, since the skin is thick and I'd be discarding it! Now my grocery bill is going to go up! Thanks Udi 😁😆😜 -

tinabeans 9yr Whoa! When I staged at Palo Santo and learned how to make mole poblano there, they put roast, blackened plantain peel in to add a charcoal-y bitter flavor. Sure was eye opening. Have to try this now! -
