I love this idea! But then that means we'd have to buy organic. Up till now bananas was one of the few fruits I didn't have to worry about, since the skin is thick and I'd be discarding it! Now my grocery bill is going to go up! Thanks Udi 😁😆😜

Wow this is crazy! It's hard for me to believe that the bitterness could become palatable, but I must test this out. Have you tried it yet??

Whoa! When I staged at Palo Santo and learned how to make mole poblano there, they put roast, blackened plantain peel in to add a charcoal-y bitter flavor. Sure was eye opening. Have to try this now!

Palo Santo! I actually ate there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Was very good.

@Udi yay! PS is legit, Chef is teacher at NGI, all the meat is local/ethical, seafood sustainable. Love that place
