@Food52 recently did this post on salvaging salad greens in soup. I just did this with some leftover tatsoi. Sure some of you have tips. Any suggestions?

Love tatsoi! I like to add that to smoothies when I have a ton. I also like to grill romaine heads if they're beginning to wilt.

Those are good ones. My dad loves spinach in his smoothies. And he's a beast behind the grill! Grilled romaine sounds great with blue cheese. @olivettefarm

Salad greens whether wilted or fresh are perfect in my "one-pot-clean-out-your-fridge" stir-frys. Adds bulk and character to that seemingly boring quick meal. I usually do this for my #meatlessmonday meals to literally, clean out the fridge. Turn that wok on HIGH and toss in those left over grains, greens, and vegetables. Spice it up with chilis, turmeric, and/or that cumin and nutritional yeast that @sugardetoxme suggested and your all set.

In Smoothies or add them into fried rice (you know I am a big fan ;)) at the last minute to give crunchiness! @sugardetoxme also in quick stir-fry like @serveMEnow suggested. I will cook kale in a lentil stew :)
This company just raised $1.5 mm on Indiegogo and wondering what you think of it.
