Cheese Caramel = Divine
This cheese caramel is rather epic in nature: milky, salty, sweet. I was just @61local doing a tasting (more events soon) but you can also get @bedfordcheeseshop. We paired this with cranberry, chestnut, and coffee.

cheesegrotto 9yr Actually, the cheese caramel is a blend of gruyere cheese, melted into cream and butter, and then folded into caramelized sugar. It is topped with flake salt. Not yet available at Bedford Cheese Shop....only through extremely small specialty batches through my website :-) -
