Special Sunday night family meal. Grilled Tuna coated with sesame seeds, broccolini with garlic, roasted fingerling potatoes with lemon and rosemary and grilled scallops.
Made a Rabbit Ragu with Sopprasetta and Parpadelle to serve at our Wine Group. Went lovely with the French wines that were featured.
