Ricky Was at an orchard this weekend and probably saw (conservative estimate?) 50000 apples on the ground. I'm sure they compost them or something, but seemed like a surprising amount.

Took some old tomatoes past their prime and roasted them along with this branzino and other delicious fall roots and fruits! #NoFoodWaste

I had leftover stems from my kale and apple salad, so I tossed them in a ziplock bag in the freezer. With old carrots, herbs and celery they'll make a terrific vegetable stock! #NoFoodWaste
