Birmingham Farmers Market

I couldn't find a drop off bin anywhere so I peddled my bag of frozen food scraps around the farmers market, and this nice farmer took it for his chickens. #NoFoodWaste
If food waste were a country, it would rank 3rd for greenhouse gas emissions.
This stat shocks me over and over again. Can you imagine the decrease in climate impact if we solved this problem 😫
