RahulRaRa Gargeer! That's what some people call arugula or rocket around me. These greens wilt pretty easily in the heat, so this is a great recipe (I have no shortage of naan).
Steam cooker deliciousness - black eyed peas, lentils, fire roasted tomatoes, garlic, and spices! Fits perfectly in a jar 👍

Here's one with Broccoli, simple and quick. Thaw and Stir Fry with a tbsp oil, Ginger, Garlic and salt to taste. You can add little hot sauce to make it spicy.
