annefood I love to roast a small sweet potato whole wrapped with aluminum foil, cut it open and drizzle it with olive oil and salt and pepper. Super basic but I adore it.
My to-go snack comes with a fire place and half a serving of fruit (blueberries!) 😍

KyFish I do this as well. But I use this 7 grain bread from my farmers market because it doesn't have any added sugar like some grocery store bread, and it's better for managing my diabetes.
Trying this I think it should help help increase my nutrition
