  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yep too much juice is not the best because juice brings al the sugar without fiber and excess water. It's still better than soda, but I wouldn't drink all your fruits and veggies 😊

  • annefood Hey @cassidyinks and @Emy ! You are correct—currently you can only do 1 Challenge at a time. It has been shown that tackling one aspect of your diet at a time is the best way to form new habits.
