Oh man too funny. My friend always said that the texture of papaya made him think of beaten flesh. Turned me off for a while. But now I love it simply squeezed with fresh lime or as a papaya sorbet!

When I think of papaya, I think of dessert. Coconut with papaya and mango is nice, so maybe blended into a smoothie or frozen into a Popsicle?
