Eat your microgreens!
This is our mild mix. It includes red Russian kale, amaranth and red cabbage. It's packed with nutrients and is very tasty! I love to add these to my breakfast omelets. #FoodRevolution

sugardetoxme started growing amaranth and can't get over how beautiful and colorful it is.

olivettefarm @sugardetoxme agreed! It's beautiful. I feel like it looks different depending on the angle you're looking at it.
How do you define healthy? Looks like the FDA will be redefining the term and citizen eaters can weigh in
wsj.com

Another #kitchentip for rice! Use leftover rice to make a quiche crust. #nofoodwaste
Just mix with parmesan, egg white, salt and pepper. Pre bake for a bit to set the crust then fill with your favorite quiche combo. #FoodRevolution

This breakfast is known as the banh mi op la. I could eat this everyday. If you ever find yourself in Saigon go to Hoa Ma to get this.
Side note: I'll post more pasta tips once I get back to the states.
