Iâm a big morning coffee drinker. I use 2 tsp of International Delight coffee creamer and a tbsp of whipped cream. Do I have to ditch this?

I tried vanilla extract in my oatmeal this am, as per foodstandâs tip, and it was delicious!!! Highly recommend

Is the fruit âmustâ in my balsamic vinegar considered an added sugar?

DietID_TeamDietitians Hey @elievois - nope! fruit must is basically crushed up fruit, so that is a-ok during the Avoid Added Sugar challenge.
