I love using citrus to make a salsa for fish! This one is particularly delicate and pretty.

It's so easy to do- fruit (I used lemon and tangerine) + shallots + herbs (I picked chives from my walkway) + olive oil + salt + pepper = impressive dinner. #kitchentips #FoodRevolution
