Brianne I like to toss in some bananas and nuts for added texture. I took me a couple tries to get used to the texture of chia seeds, but now I love it.

Replace saturated fats from butter, lard, pastries,cream with unsaturated fats found in vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, oily fish and avocados.

melaniegong Hi Rachna! No, there's no artificial sweeteners. We use monk fruit juice to sweeten it. It has zero calorie and doesn't cause tooth decay :)
