I lost 5 kg in one month, only by quitting added sugar! Not eating less neither working out, only eating real food :-D

DietID_TeamDietitians Definitely give it a shot and let me know how it turns out. I'd suggest also squeezing out more liquid from the cauliflower to ensure the crust isn't soggy.
