Another bowl dinner for the win
This time, I marinated chicken with garlic, ginger, chili pepper, Garam masala, cumin, and cilantro. Quinoa and lentils were cooked with onions, tomatoes, and carrots. Ready in 30 minutes
Did it!

Try making a smoothie in the morning using fruits or veggies to avoid sugar. You also wind up consuming more veggies or fruit that way.

DietID_TeamDietitians Yep too much juice is not the best because juice brings al the sugar without fiber and excess water. It's still better than soda, but I wouldn't drink all your fruits and veggies ๐
