rac steamed lentils, feta, basil, cucumbers, radish, bell peppers, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. It was so easy to prep and refreshing + filling!
Simple lunch- grabbed toast and smashed an avocado. Ate outside for a change!

DietIDdietitian Try placing fresh rinsed leaves between sheets of damp paper towels or tucked between the fold of a large damp tea towel. Store in the refrigerator. The jar trick might work better if you cover it...

Basic salads are my pet peeve! I found these steamed lentils at Trader Joe’s, and the not only bulk up a salad with no extra prep, but they are super affordable! This box lasts me all week!

Pitted dates, a dollop of unsalted peanut butter, and a dash of cinnamon. The kids will eat these “date boats” for dessert too!

allhatsoff2yu I grew up eating dates with peanut butter from the time I was about nine years old. Still a favorite sweet treat and my grandkids love it as well!

Banana, parsnip, almond, dark chocolate, cashew, and flax seed. Not all the shakes are this delicious but this one really hit the spot!

reneeeats Yes this definitely hit the spot! Can’t say this is an affordable long term solution but it’s a great way to fill in gaps during busy weeks and also get tested recipe inspiration.
