The Burger Test
I always "test" a farm to table bistro by their burger. This is from the Inn at Pound Ridge. Niman Ranch beef so at least is it carefully sourced, if not local NY.
Dandelion Leaf tea
I made dandelion tea for the injured wild rabbit my daughter (@pizzacat) found. I tasted the tea myself- delicious! I think I'll have a cup, too.

Ramps (& chickweed) pesto #nofoodwaste
I bought too many ramps and too much chickweed a few weekends ago, so made it into pesto! (Yes, I cannot believe I pay for chickweed. It was a pest in my NC garden.) #cityslicker
