I love cooking with lots of veggies, especially squash. I eat a lot of quinoa and oatmeal when I want something hearty. I do have a sweet tooth though so I try to make not too guilty desserts like chocolate banana ice cream or dried dates. Starting to take nutrition classes through edX so I can learn more about healthy eating and help others as well!

Do you have any tips for this challenge? Unless it is a very hot day, I naturally seem to drink about 6-7 glasses of water a day but struggle to get in the last couple. -
annefood Fantastic @jenhutzel ! @FeliciaFancy do you keep a refillable water bottle with you during the day? When you always have water within arm's reach it really helps!

jenhutzel I keep a glass next to me and always refill it when I finish it. I also always drink a full glass right after waking up.
