About me
I love dumplings stuffed with various ingredients. They could be pork, bean curd, veggies, kimchi, mushrooms, fruit jams, etc. Also I love plain or greek style yogurt topped with fruits such as berries mango kiwi with nuts. I usually love to add honey and sometimes chocolate chips, but I guess I need to say bye to these tiny sweet things as I am going to tame my tongue with much healthier food than these sweet little guys! Haha I have recently been advised by my doctor to avoid consuming food that contain high amount of salt sugar etc due to a warning signal of high blood pressure. Instead I am encouraged to consume more veggies (of course) and fruits. Plus protein in good quality and quantity. Good amount of movement is also a must, but recent days I couldn't take my butt off of chair thanks to the tremendous amount of work. If not for this SPECIAL occasion, I love training myself doing ballet and barre au sol (a.k.a. Floor barre in English speaking area).
