About me
I am a vegan carb-o-holic who loves raw fruits and vegetables. My Irish ancestry contributes to my infinite love of potatoes, and green beans were a "dessert" for me as a child! My grandpa grew lots of fruits and vegetables; I have many fond memories of picking blueberries, shucking corn, and snapping the ends off of green beans.
I made it 6 days on the The Cooking Dinner Challenge!

annefood Nice @Drummergirl16 ! What have you been cooking? Keep up the great work!
Homemade popcorn, easy: fill bottom of a microwaveable bowl with seeds. Place a microwaveable plate on top. Microwave on full power.

Day 2/5: Cook Dinner More Often Level II
Peanut butter and strawberry+honey preserves on a flour tortilla for dinner. No-crumb and dry dinner as I've been sick and resting in bed.

annefood So sorry you've been sick @Drummergirl16 ! Chicken soup or brown rice with apple sauce are my favorites when I'm not feeling well. Get better soon!
