'Lapin a la Moutarde'. Oh, who am I kidding? It's not rabbit, and Jim would laugh me out the front door if I said this out loud. The Buvette cookbook has a lovely braised rabbit in a mustard sauce. I used organic chicken thighs instead. The sauce is amazing. Need bread to sop up the extra sauce.
