#tbt Visiting an oyster farm in Duxbury, MA last summer. Nothing quite like slurping an oyster straight from its native waters.

Testing a new shucking board with some petite Montauk Pearls (NY) and Beausoleils (NB). Board was designed to hold significantly larger oysters (from the Chesapeake) but did a pretty nice job here.
