Our Farmer's Market here on the West Coast in Vancouver opened today!! Freshly picked strawberries this morning in Abbotsford. What to make?!?!.... Perhaps a Strawberry Shortcake!!!
Made a Rabbit Ragu with Sopprasetta and Parpadelle to serve at our Wine Group. Went lovely with the French wines that were featured.
