Made this quick and easy 25 minute Mediterranean chicken last night with two of my favorites: Mina harissa and fage greek yogurt. Sitting over some quinoa w/ chopped dried apricots and figs. A quick 5 minute prep for gathering and mixing Ingredients and then 20 minutes in the oven at 450F.
