Avocado, kale, dried apricot (<- yes!!!) salad for a 4pm lunch. Hit the spot. Found it at this lovely little place called knife near the metropolitan Ave L train stop. They sell little Peruvian sandwich cookies that will give the macaroon a run for its money.
