Our first brilliant weekend. And the grill was fired up. Had fun trying a new salad: honeydew and cucumber in a lemon, dill and honey dressing with feta. This was epic!

JenniferEmilson 9yr @rawbox Here you go: Dressing: whisk 2tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 c olive oil, 1 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper. In bowl put 3-4 cups bite sized cubed honeydew, 2-3 cups cubed cucumber, 1/3 cup finely sliced red onion, 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill. Add dressing and combine. Finish with 1/2-3/4 cup crumbled feta. You can easily play with amounts. Enjoy.
