Further adventures in Korean cooking from the League of Kitchens class I took. Our teacher, Sunny, makes her own soy sauce. Crocks of the stuff are on her front porch and stay there all year round. This batch is about 8 months old and not even near done.
I love my job. I HAD to try almost everything at Papa Poule for an upcoming article for Clean Plates. Run don't walk!! Everything, absolutely everything was delicious.
