sugardetoxme A woman who has diabetes who did my sugardetox.me program shared that homemade rye bread also didn't spike her sugar levels, which I thought was excellent back up for this study

JenniferEmilson I do know I have to avoid barley if I don't want to aggravate gluten issues. I've replaced it with toasted Buckwheat in soups and risottos and stews.
