Energy booster: chocolate chia seed pudding layered with peanut butter and bananas:) 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder, 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, and some sweetner (I used 1 packet of stevia). Shake it all up and let sit 10-24 hours. Enjoy!

Picked up some fresh rhubarb from the farmers market yesterday, made warm rhubarb compote to go on greek yogurt this morning (served with the homemade granola, of course).
