Picked up some fresh rhubarb from the farmers market yesterday, made warm rhubarb compote to go on greek yogurt this morning (served with the homemade granola, of course).

nhoesterey17 9yr @shannonvittoria For the compote to recipe: in a small saucepan, combine 1.5 cups rhubarb (cut into 1/2 inch pieces), 2 teaspoons sugar in the raw, and 2 teaspoons honey. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring often, until the rhubarb breaks down into a sauce (around 6-10 minutes). Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
