I had to run out the door this morning for a full day, but I was so thankful I packed lunch and dinner ahead of time! Chicken, broccoli, and mashed sweet potatoes for lunch (with homemade pesto) and a taco salad for dinner :)
Picked up some fresh rhubarb from the farmers market yesterday, made warm rhubarb compote to go on greek yogurt this morning (served with the homemade granola, of course).
