gustin 10yr Sweet potatoes are subtropical/tropical so almost always grown from slips instead of seed. Take a mature sweet potatoe and it will sprout. It makes a wonderful viney house plant as well. I grew this one to plant and also ordered 20 or 30 slips.
Our strawberries are bumping this year!
