This meal is commonly known as "Churrasco" or "Churrascada" and it's a very traditional Galician dish. The meat quality was excellent!!

Delicious roasted zucchinis with grated parmesan cheese, tomatoes, onion, mushroom and oregano dried. Easy yummy dish!

Roasted pumpkin over a bed of carrot and potatoes. Trying new flavors. Pumpkin isn't very common in Spain. Liked it!
